Keep it human

The internet is completely dehumanized.

Texts, videos, graphics, more and more things are created by AI as we speak.

The one that hit me the most is the hiring process.

Applicants use AI to: write applications, mass apply to hundreds of jobs

Hiring managers use AI to: screen candidates, negotiate offers

Both sides think they're being smart, being more efficient.

To me, this is the ultimate cat fish.

Hiring is a human process. Hiring is like a date.

There needs to be a spark between you and the person you're hiring / working for.

You should never hire someone without meeting or speaking to them.

This whole thing breaks when you remove humans from the process.
